The IDM365 Service Catalogue has been developed for the benefit of our IDM365 partners and customers. The focus of the service catalogue is to create a transparent understanding of the features that support the daily service and maintenance of IDM365.
IDM365 becomes the heart of the business’s infrastructure. It is connected to all the systems, applications, resources and users in the organization, making it the hub for all organizational changes. This is, of course, the definition of an identity and access management solution.
Regarding IAM, the amount of relevant services will vary from company to organization according to their size and complexity. Therefore, it is necessary to tailor each service agreement to the demands of the client. However, there will be some services that all clients need.
